Our department has specialized in the field of Computer Engineering for over 50 years, offering deep expertise as well as hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, and implementation of modern computer and electronic systems. Students acquire comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and automation—not only in theory, but especially through practical applications. Teaching is strongly project-oriented and reflects real-world challenges aligned with the current needs of both industry and research.
During their studies, students work actively in modern laboratories where they solder printed circuit boards by hand, design and build their own circuits, program microcontrollers, test control systems, and create prototypes of various components using 3D printing. In a collaborative and supportive environment, students apply their knowledge and skills through teamwork that combines logical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving. At the same time, independence is a key prerequisite when developing individual projects.
Graduates of the study program are equipped to design and optimize technical solutions in areas such as electronic devices, communication technologies, industrial automation, and measurement systems.
